I’ve been honored to hold some meaningful leadership roles.
IDEO
I spent seven incredible years at IDEO, where I led a 40-person team of designers, researchers, and engineers at the Palo Alto HQ. I focused on hiring and mentoring, guiding projects, building client relationships, and evolving design practices, including launching a knowledge exchange program with companies like Google and Pixar.
Daylight
I left IDEO to co-found Daylight, aiming to get back to more hands-on work. We grew from three people at a kitchen table to a global consultancy with offices in San Francisco, Seoul, and Munich. It was a rewarding experience, but as the company grew, I found myself back in a full-time leadership role and away from the work I enjoy most. So I went solo, and for the past several years I've been collaborating with clients and former colleagues on projects I find meaningful.
