UX/UI for new-to-world laparoscopic system
I led the UX/UI design for a groundbreaking medical device that reimagined a common laparoscopic procedure by replacing traditional analog tools with a sensor-based, electronics-driven system. This next-generation platform introduced entirely new workflows and user interactions, demanding a fresh approach to information architecture, interface design, and real-time feedback. Working closely with surgeons, engineers, and human factors specialists, I helped translate complex procedural requirements into an intuitive, safety-focused digital experience that enhanced precision, reduced cognitive load, and improved surgical outcomes.
